Meetings

CTEMS members meet 12 times annually through webcasts and board meetings. There are 11 virtual meetings and one live meeting held at AOTMP’s annual Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and Wireless Mobility Management (WMM) conference held each year.

Webcasts are held monthly, providing the opportunity to share industry direction questionnaire findings with all members. During each 45-minute presentation, board members provide commentary and perspectives on the findings to the audience of Industry Leadership Council members.Each webcast is followed by a board meeting to facilitate planning, adoption and next steps discussions.

The CTEMS Board of Directors will meet live once a year during AOTMP’s annual TEM / WMM conference. Attendance is not required at the annual meeting however it is strongly encouraged.

Webcast and Board Meeting Schedule

All webcasts are held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. ET on the second Tuesday of each month. Board meetings take place directly afterwards.
